Return & Refund Policy

At Shopnea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please email us at contact@shopnea.com.
Returns must be approved before shipping any items back. Any items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide you with:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send the item


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

  • Health and personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

📦 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

  • Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@shopnea.com


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve the issue by offering:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Or another appropriate solution
